Booking conditions:

To finalise the booking, 100% of the booking fee must be paid in advance, within 1 day of the confirmation being sent to

The price includes water and electricity consumption, the use of the entire house and land and all related services.

When you place an order, you reserve the entire house and plot for your exclusive use, no other guests or we, the owners, will be present.

Cancellation conditions:

In the event of cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date, 50% of the fee paid will be refunded. In case of cancellation after this date, the full amount of the reservation fee will be charged and cannot be refunded.

Nice card payment:

All three providers offer the possibility to do so, via the internet, by advance payment.

Hospitality:

Check-in: from 15.00

Check-out: until 10.00

It is possible to book your accommodation by ‘SELF CHECK-IN’ in advance.

Children in the Cabin:

If you arrive with a baby, we can provide you with the necessary baby travel cot with mattress, baby bedding, duvet, pillow.

Be sure to let us know in advance if you wish to do so!

Pets:

We are very fond of animals, but unfortunately we are not able to accommodate them in the cabin. We hope to be able to accommodate your pet for the duration of your stay.

Cleaning:

The price includes the cleaning fee for normal use of the house, otherwise an extra fee may be charged.

Smoking:

Smoking is not allowed in the house.

Cooling – Heating:

Cooling and heating of the cabin is provided by an electric air-to-air heat pump system, which you can control from the control panel inside the enclosure. The bathroom has underfloor heating for comfort.

Parking:

Parking is available in front of the cabin in a private car park for 2 cars.
